Jeff founded Different Light with a vision of helping people. The name comes from the reasons he loves coaching and helping people. “To watch the lights come on and make a difference for people” Jeff has years of experience with coaching and developing people in multiple industries. From safety to education, government, mining, forestry, counselling and HR professionals to name a few.

He has a basic philosophy that regardless of the industry; when given the chance, people can become anything they wish hard enough to be.

Jeff has the ability to listen to what his clients are saying and hear more than what is being said. He cares deeply for the people he works with and will push them to achieve what they want.
